WORLD CUISINES - Polish Sauerkraut 01/15/23
The Atelier 34zéro is pleased to announce the return of its world cuisine tasting sessions! The first session of 2023 will be dedicated to Polish sauerkraut (bigos). Very different from its Alsatian counterpart, bigos is the traditional Polish dish that is eaten at every major family event. Made of sour cabbage cooked with pork, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices, "bigos" is a very fragrant dish, filled with the smell of the forest. The recipe varies from region to region, and even from family to family. Come and warm up your belly and discover the recipe of our cooks on Sunday, January 15. We offer a service at noon (12pm) and in the evening (7pm). The dish is priced at 22€. You can of course drink a little vodka or a beer.

Opening - Exhibition created during the summer workshop
The Atelier 34zéro Muzeum invites you this Saturday August 27th at 3pm for the opening of the exhibition made by the children of
the summer workshop. The entrance is free and without reservation. We hope to see many of you there to celebrate the work of our
budding artists!

Jette Father's Day
Jette Father’s Day is back! On Saturday, August 27, we would like to pay tribute to all the dads from Jette and the surrounding area (moms are also welcome!) who so often come with their child(ren) to the Atelier.
During this event, you can enjoy various activities with your children in our garden and museum. A bouncy castle will be set up for the occasion. The artist Kimia Nasirian will also offer a unique art workshop! In this workshop, the children will be able to familiarize themselves with different materials and supports in order to realize drawings, sculptures, key rings (...) that you will be able to take home. Freedom and creativity are the key words of this day!
The activities start at 2pm. The complete program (castle + activity) costs 10 euros; for children who only want to enjoy the bouncy castle, the price is 5 euros.
In addition, you can enjoy our cultural park, jetto-polish specialties and Belgian beers.

WORLD COOKING | Syrian Couscous
Dear friends,
Did you miss us ? This time, we are coming back to you very quickly to announce our third tasting session of world cuisines this Saturday, March 12, 2022. The March session will be dedicated to Syrian Couscous !
The Syrian couscous is made of bulgur flavored with dry mint, beef confit and many vegetables. The latter will be cooked just for you by the team of the restaurant Tour du Monde located in rue Léon Théodor in Jette. We can't wait to let you taste it.
Two services will be offered: a first one at noon (12:00-15:00) and a second one in the evening (19:00-22:00), at the unique price of 23 € (drinks not included).
For an extra charge, the dish can be accompanied by Belgian Catholic beers and Polish juices, beers and vodkas.
